If we’re lucky, good documentary filmmaking teaches us transcendence: stepping into another’s shoes to see their story as a slice of time and space. This is a collection of short documentaries I made for the series, “HuffPost Reports” and “Listen to America,” where our team examined everything from gun violence and addiction to conversion therapy and the rise of hate speech.
